So many of my students hold onto the idea that their perfectionism is what drives them, and is responsible for their achievements, and thus, they want to hold onto it. Surely if they let go of perfectionism, then they'll stop striving for the best?!

My message to perfectionists:
Be an 'excellentist'! Strive for excellence, without the drawbacks and challenges of perfectionism.
